We had everything we needed there. Plenty of room for our large family and lots to do to keep everyone entertained. Kylie was an extremely accommodating host and answered any questions we had very promptly and accommodating to any special requests we had. I will be definitely recommending this place to lots of people and we will definitely be returning again

Kylie’s place is absolutely amazing. The house is great for big groups/families and has everything you could want and need. We wish we had have stayed longer!
Kylie was easy to communicate with, responded quickly and was very accommodating. Already planning when we can get back for another trip!

The house was incredibly clean, with super comfortable beds and spacious living areas that were perfect for our large family group. The well-equipped BBQ area made meals enjoyable and easy to prepare.
Access to the Wyndham Resort next door was a fantastic bonus, giving us the use of a tennis court, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The location couldn’t have been better – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a pleasant 15-minute stroll into town, where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets to explore. For some waves, the main surf beach is only a 5-minute drive away.
We truly couldn’t fault our stay. Everything was perfect, and we’d love to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-friendly getaway.

We stayed 4 nights with our extended family plus kids and we’re extremely comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids (and adults). Kylie’s place has everything you need. It was sparkling clean, comfy beds, lots of comfy couches and outdoor lounges.
Great location. Walking distance to the Main Street and across the road from the beach. You can also use the great facilities next door - pool, tennis court, gym etc which was a lovely added extra. We would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again soon! Thanks again Kylie!

The home and property are even more impressive than the photos online suggest.
Perfect setup for families, the kids loved the outdoor firepit and morning walks to see all of the animals. Highly recommend.

Our group stayed two nights and couldn't have been happier. The host offered to light the fires for us on arrival, 24 fresh eggs were left for us, the bedrooms were perfect.
The photos online are definitely accurate - the house and grounds were just lovely, you could just feel the history.
The welcoming sheep along the very long driveway were an added bonus.
